Information we collect
We may collect information you submit, including your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, likely service interest, vehicle type, age-range confirmation, insurance-status response, experience notes, and consent records. We also may receive technical information such as page URL, browser information, referral or campaign parameters, and limited ad-measurement data.

- Plan launch geography, service categories, demand, and provider supply.
- Communicate relevant availability or onboarding updates you requested.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.

Service providers and disclosures
We may use vendors that help host, secure, deliver, analyze, or operate the website and forms. Current public-site services include Netlify or related hosting/CDN services, Formspree for form delivery, and OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel for advertising measurement when enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
OpenAI Ads measurement
The site may load the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel and report page views and confirmed lead-form submissions. For conversion matching after a successful form, the site may send a SHA-256 hash of a normalized email address plus country and ZIP code; it does not send a raw email address or phone number to the pixel. The pixel is not loaded when this browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or when you use the choice below.
Real estate and referred-client data
TRUKKIT and Southern Bell Living are separate companies. TRUKKIT does not use or provide agent-referred service-request information for Southern Bell Living real estate solicitation or to displace the referring professional. For a direct TRUKKIT customer, real estate contact by Southern Bell Living requires a separate affirmative request or permission.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
TRUKKIT does not exchange personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising measurement or cross-context advertising disclosures as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale.” You can use the measurement choice above. We also honor supported browser Global Privacy Control signals on this public site.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute handling, security, and operational planning, then delete or de-identify it where practical. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or withdraw future marketing contact, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping. You may unsubscribe using an email link when provided or contact us directly.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and TRUKKIT does not knowingly collect their personal information through these forms.
