TRUKKIT Website Terms of Use

Effective July 21, 2026. These terms govern the public pre-launch website and interest forms—not future booked services.

1. Agreement

By accessing this website, you agree to these Website Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a form.

2. Pre-launch information only

TRUKKIT is in pre-launch. Website descriptions concern planned services and may change. Early access, partner interest, and TRUKKER interest are not bookings, quotes, offers, guarantees, employment applications, provider agreements, background-check authorizations, or promises of launch timing, work, earnings, coverage, pricing, or acceptance.

3. Future service terms control

If public booking or TRUKKER activation opens, separate customer, provider, payment, safety, cancellation, claims, dispute, and other terms may apply. Those later terms will control the applicable service relationship.

4. Accurate submissions

You agree to provide information you are authorized to provide and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit confidential third-party information, sensitive personal information, unlawful content, or information about a property or item you are not authorized to address.

5. TRUKKER interest

TRUKKERs are intended to participate as independent operators/providers, subject to future agreements, eligibility requirements, and applicable law. Interest does not guarantee classification, acceptance, activation, territory, job volume, pay, earnings, or continued access. A later background check, if any, requires a separate legally compliant disclosure and authorization.

6. Real estate boundary

TRUKKIT does not provide real estate brokerage, agency, valuation, legal, tax, estate, or financial advice. A TRUKKIT request does not create a real estate agency or brokerage relationship. TRUKKIT and Southern Bell Living are separate companies, and neither service is bundled with, required by, or a condition of the other.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, violate law, or use the site to harm TRUKKIT, its users, vendors, or others.

8. Intellectual property

The TRUKKIT name, branding, website design, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to TRUKKIT LLC and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant a license except the limited right to use the public site for its intended purpose.

9. Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to third-party services. Their terms and practices may apply independently. TRUKKIT is not responsible for third-party sites or services it does not control.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the pre-launch site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRUKKIT LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, personnel, and vendors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the public pre-launch site. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by South Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any permitted court proceeding relating only to these Website Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Charleston County, South Carolina, unless law requires another forum.

13. Changes and contact

TRUKKIT may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date. Contact jb@trukkit.com with questions.
