Is TRUKKIT live for public booking?
No. TRUKKIT is in pre-launch. Customer early access and TRUKKER interest are open, but neither is a booking, quote, activation, or service guarantee.
When is TRUKKIT launching?
TRUKKIT is preparing for a controlled Charleston beta. Timing, service areas, provider activation, job eligibility, and availability remain subject to operational readiness.
Where will TRUKKIT begin?
TRUKKIT is preparing for a phased Charleston-area beta. Initial service areas will be activated based on operational readiness, eligible demand, approved TRUKKER coverage, and current launch controls.
What services are planned?
TRUKKIT is building a marketplace for truck-sized local jobs, including hauling, bulky-item pickup and delivery, junk removal, cleanouts, and property logistics. The planned platform is designed around a range of load sizes and vehicle capacities; final scope and eligibility will control.
What size jobs is TRUKKIT being built for?
The platform is being designed for a range of truck-sized local jobs, from a few bulky items to full loads, cleanouts, and larger-capacity work. Eligible vehicle capacity may range from pickups and vans to trailers and box trucks. Final service-area, vehicle-tier, job-eligibility, and availability rules will control.
How would store-pickup authorization work?
The customer would place and prepay the order, wait until it is ready, submit the required details through a future secure booking flow, and then add the matched TRUKKER as an alternate pickup person when the retailer permits it. The retailer’s current policy and identification requirements always control.
Can a TRUKKER pick up an order using only my last name?
That should not be the process. TRUKKIT’s planned workflow uses explicit alternate-pickup authorization, a verified order reference, and the identification or confirmation required by the retailer.
Is TRUKKIT partnered or integrated with Lowe’s or other retailers?
No retailer partnership, endorsement, affiliation, or direct technical integration is represented. Unless a future integration is separately announced, a pickup must follow the customer’s order terms and the retailer’s ordinary pickup rules.
Can I submit an order number through the early-access form?
No. The current form collects launch interest only. Do not submit order numbers, receipts, payment details, pickup codes, access credentials, or live job information until TRUKKIT publishes a secure booking workflow.
What is a TRUKKER?
A TRUKKER is the planned name for an independent operator/provider who may receive eligible TRUKKIT job opportunities after completing future onboarding and activation requirements.
Does TRUKKER interest guarantee jobs or earnings?
No. Interest does not guarantee acceptance, activation, work, territory, job volume, or earnings.
How is TRUKKER pay intended to work?
The planned experience is to show the route, scope, requirements, vehicle fit, and job payout before acceptance. Final provider terms, fees, and payout rules will be published before activation; no public earnings or payout-speed claim is being made now.
Are TRUKKIT and Southern Bell Living the same company?
No. They share a founder but are separate companies with separate services, records, pricing, contracts, and responsibilities.
Will Southern Bell Living market to an agent-referred TRUKKIT client?
No. TRUKKIT does not use or provide agent-referred service-request information for Southern Bell Living real estate solicitation or to displace the referring professional. Separate affirmative permission is required for any real estate contact.
Can TRUKKERs discuss real estate?
No. Independent TRUKKERs are not real estate representatives and are not authorized to discuss, recommend, solicit, or market real estate services.
What does TRUKKIT’s FMCSA record show?
FMCSA Motus, reviewed August 9, 2026, shows TRUKKIT LLC with active Broker of Property (Except Household Goods) authority under USDOT #4556389 and MC-1810359, plus active BOC-3 blanket coverage. Current FMCSA records control.
Is pricing available?
Not yet. TRUKKIT has not published launch pricing on this site. Future pricing, fees, disposal-related costs, and adjustment rules will be governed by the live booking flow and terms when approved.
Will every item or job be accepted?
No. Final job, item, material, property-access, route, safety, disposal, and provider eligibility rules will apply. Some materials or jobs may be ineligible.
Does joining early access create a contract?
No. Early access allows TRUKKIT to understand demand and send relevant updates. It does not create a service contract or guarantee availability.
